200 meter run (completely OPTIONAL)

5 Russian kettlebell swings 24/16 kg

4 mountain climbers

3 V-ups

2 one-leg glute bridge (one on each leg)

2 pistols (one-legged squat, one on each leg) There are SCALED options!
