Clean & Jerk: 7 minute EMOM
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
10 Push-ups (Scaled version: Incline push-up {hands on a 24″ box, feet on the ground} or reduce number of push-ups)
10 V-ups
Loaded Carry, 50 ft (6 mats + 12″, down and back) Use kettlebells or Dumbbells for Farmer Walks, or Medicine Ball, or D-Ball, or Heavy Bags held on shoulder or in a “bear hug”.
