CF Suffolk Striking

–OR–

30 minutes of:

One of the following: 250 meter row, 10 calorie bike, 100 meter ski

followed by:

5 Russian kettlebell swings 24/16 kg

5 weighted sit-ups 25/15

5 mountain climbers

5 single-leg glute bridge

5 V-ups

The first big event of 2019 will be the CROSSFIT SUFFOLK AFTER-THE-HOLIDAYS PARTY on February 2, 2019. Most frequently asked questions:

Location: The gym.

Time: 8 pm-?

Dress?: Clothing is recommended. Not workout gear, but a tux is unnecessary. Casual but neat.

Should I bring something?: Yes. Food. Drink. We’re open to suggestions.
