Workout Of The Day

Front Squat 1×5 at 60% 1RM

Front Squat 1×5 at 70% 1RM

Front Squat 1xME at 80% 1RM

Rest as needed between sets. Use 90% of 1-RM to get percentages.

“Death By Thruster”:

With a continuously running clock perform:

1 Thruster, 95/65 lbs in the first 1 min

2 Thrusters, 95/65 lbs in the second 1 min

3 Thrusters, 95/65 lbs in the third 1 min … Continuing this for as long as you are able.

Take the bar from the ground unless you have reason for using a squat rack.

Location: The gym.

Time: 8 pm-?

Dress?: Clothing is recommended. Not workout gear, but a tux is unnecessary. Casual but neat.

Should I bring something?: Yes. Food. Drink. We’re open to suggestions.
