Single Leg Glute Bridge, 45 secs
Push-up, 45 secs
Sit-up, 45 secs
Single Under, 45 secs
Medicine Ball Clean, 45 secs
V-up, 45 secs
Russian Kettlebell Swing, 45 secs
Bicycle Crunch, 45 secs
Air Squat, 45 secs
Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, rest 15 seconds in between each exercise. Do the listed 15 exercises then repeat list. Choose load for medicine ball and kettlebell exercises.
