Back Squat 1×3 at 85% 1RM

Back Squat 1x AMRAP at 95% 1RM

Use 90% of your 1-rep max as your 1-rep max when figuring percentages.

 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:

10 Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in

15 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 24/16 kg

20 AbMat Sit-ups
