For the benefit of those who haven’t heard or did not check the website yesterday, for the second year in a row Mike G. and Andy took second place at the Arnolds and Acrobats competition in West Babylon on Saturday.   We watched Andy and Mike prepare for this so we appreciate the hard work and dedication that is required when you have a life outside the gym and you make the time to be competition-ready.  Great job gentlemen!

Deadlift

1X3 @70% 1RM

1X3 @80% 1RM

1X AMRAP @90% 1RM

Use 90% of your 1RM as your 1 rep max when figuring your percentages.

 

AMRAP 3 minutes of:
5 Deadlifts, 185/135
200m Sprint

*Perform this AMRAP a total 3 separate times. Rest 5 minutes between each.
