HOLIDAY SCHEDULE MODIFICATIONS:

November 22nd, Thursday, Thanksgiving Day:  2 sessions only, 9-10 AM & 10-11 AM.

November 23rd, Friday:  2 sessions only: 10-11am & 11 am-12 pm.

Please read the schedule modifications several times during the day.  There is a phenomenon where we sometimes read what we think is there and not what is actually there.  Of course, this may apply while you’re reading this and it might make this warning completely moot.  We have to try though.

30 thrusters  45/35

Overhead kettlebell lunge walk

1 Legless rope climb

30 wall balls

Run 800 meters

15 pull-ups

15 Handstand push-ups (scale: hand release push-ups)

Farmer Walk

30 calorie row

As always, if there is something on the above list that you simply cannot perform don’t worry.  We have a scaled version that you can do.
