30 minute partner workout

2-person teams

Partner A runs one 400M Sprint
Partner B does AMRAP Hang Power Cleans (135/95) until A gets back.
Switch and repeat. (score is reps of hang power cleans) (Each person only runs once and hang power cleans once)

Partner A runs 400 M
Partner B does AMRAP Wall Ball (20/14#) until A returns.
Switch and repeat.
Again, each person only runs once and wall balls once.

Partner A runs 400 M
Partner B does AMRAP pull-ups.
Switch and repeat.

Partner A runs 400 M
Partner B does AMRAP box jumps
Switch and repeat.

Partner A runs 400 M

Partner B does AMRAP weighted sit-ups (25/15)

Switch and repeat.
