For the uninitiated among you, the CrossFit Open is a 5-week, worldwide competition to determine which athletes will continue on to the next phase of the CrossFit Games.  Since 2012 the fifth and last week of the Open (that’s what the “.5” means) the workout has included The Thruster(LOOK, the words “The THRUSTER” is highlighted.  If you click on the highlighted words a video will magically appear.)  Today you can choose which workout you’ll do from the above three workouts.  Whichever you choose you will be doing thrusters.  Enjoy!—George
