The Spartan Sprint at Bethpage is roughly 6 weeks away!  That’s 6 weeks away from running 3-5 miles, negotiating climbing walls, a cargo net, a rope, water, barbed wire, monkey bars and whatever they come up with to make life more interesting.  Get it on your mind ladies and gentlemen.  The time to throw in extra running and pulling your bodyweight is upon us.  There are currently 28 members on our team.—George
