Workout of the Day
15 min to establish a 2RM Hi-hang Clean + 1 Jerk (after the 2nd Clean)
3 rounds for time of:
10 Front Squats 175/125# (no racks)
15 Lateral Box Jump-overs 20? (with touch on top of box)
15 C2B Pull-ups

    Well said Kristen!
    So true George! After the WOD on Saturday and Sunday I literally couldn’t lift my arms over my head on Monday, so I took a rest day! And last night my legs were burning- feeling good though today!

    Just watched an awesome video that Lisa told me about on Youtube to help me with my toes to bar (because I’m sure everyone knows I’m beyond awful at them). It explains them very well and demonstrates an easier method so it’s not so much work for your abs. Now hopefully I can put it into practice, but don’t hold your breath for that one.     Tiffany I am going to check out that video – i’m at a toes to bar but not without a little step help so I’m hoping I’ll get some insight on how to do it all on my own power. So today was the underwear day – I’m sorry to say I did not go on stage with only my undies, but not because I didn’t want to. The producers changed my “story line” to I don’t like lines from my undies. So I wore pants that showed where the lines were. Then the reveal showed me with the pants on without the lines. I still go to go to hair & makeup and met with the Double Diva’s and got some sexy underwear that makes sure there are no visible lines. It was still fun and I got free stuff!!

    That video helped me out tremendously. I still need to work on it, but the mechanics of it make more sense to me after watching it.
