Workout of the Day
TEAM WORKOUT “800-500-800″
Teams of 2 perform the following for time:
800 meter run (both team members)
100 box jumps 24/20”
100 hand release push-ups (sport: handstand push-ups)
100 DB snatches
100 wall ball 20/14#
100 sit-ups
800 meter run (both team members)

NOTE: Both members do the beginning run and the end run.  Only one team member can work at a time.

We have the honor of providing the strength and conditioning work to Pro-Mixed martial arts fighter, Jeremy Puglia.  Jeremy is fighting in Bellator on October 13th.  The fight will be held in the Nassau Coliseum!  Tickets are available.
