FOOD LIES This is the title of a documentary that is still in production but is recommended by Mark Sisson of marksdailyapple.com and The Primal Blueprint. We repost many of Sisson’s articles. The Food Lies website is dedicated to bringing awareness to the project but it’s a good resource for anyone interested in nutrition and how best to eat for optimal health. Check it out.
