Workout of the Day
Perform the following:
In 7 minutes:
500 meter row
15 handstand push-ups (or hand release push-ups)
with the remaining time do as many reps as possible of Clean & Jerks 135/95
REST 3 minutes
In 7 minutes:
400 meter row
15 handstand push-ups (or hand release push-ups)
with the remaining time AMRAP Clean & Jerk 155/115
REST 3 minutes
In 7 minutes:
250 meter row
15 handstand push-ups (or hand release push-ups)
with the remaining time AMRAP Clean & Jerk 185/135
Score is total reps of Clean & Jerks
Scale weight as needed
