Workout of the Day
Back Squat: 1X 20 w/5# more than the last session.  This is the last back squat session of the cycle.  Today you should be performing a 20-rep set with what was your 5-rep max!  This squat program was 6 weeks of twice-a-week back squatting.  Even if all you can muster is 6, unbroken reps at a time, you are still stronger then you were 6 weeks ago.

For time:
200m Medicine Ball Run (20/14#)
30 Med Ball Cleans
20 Burpees over the Med Ball
30 Med Ball Cleans
200m Med Ball Run
