Workout of the Day
CF Suffolk Striking
–OR–
30 minutes of:
200 meter run (depending on weather)
Either: 250 meter row, 100 meter ski or 10 calorie bike
5 Russian kettlebell swings
4 mountain climbers
2 thoracic bridge (or glute bridge)
2 hollow rock
2 superman
2 T-spine rotation (knee off ground), 1 on each side
