Jessica is in her final week with us.  Jessica’s time on Long Island as a traveling nurse is up so she’ll return to Alabama just in time to join her husband and the rest of her family for her last few weeks of pregnancy.  We’re going to miss Jessica’s quiet calm, hard work ethic and ‘Bama accent! Jess would come to the gym straight from doing her shift at the hospital.  Jessica trained throughout her pregnancy just as hard as before she was pregnant.  Be well and good luck Jessica!

Back Squat: 1X20 w/5# more than the last session.  (5RM minus 5 lbs.  Friday will be the last squat day of this program!)

14 KB SDHP  24/16 kg  (KB Sumo-deadlift high pull)
14 Sit Ups
