CROSSFIT SUFFOLK: Powered By SPARTAN PERFORMANCE

Congratulations to the winners of the 2018 CrossFit Games, Mat Fraser (the 3rd consecutive year!) and Tia-Clair Toomey (2nd consecutive year).  Fraser won by 220 point lead in what’s being called the toughest of the Games in CrossFit Games history.  We expect Mat Fraser and Tia-Clair Toomey to do exceptionally well with the lifting events as they both have a high-level Olympic Lifting background, but Mat and Tia are most amazing with how they continue to improve in every aspect of the Sport of Fitness.  Interesting observation: Mat trained for 2 years as an Olympic hopeful in weightlifting before he started CrossFitting.  Tia actually represents Australia in the Olympics for their Weightlifting team!  Might the sport of weightlifting (Olympic lifting) be the ideal athletic training to have for competing in the Sport of Fitness?
