CROSSFIT SUFFOLK: Powered By SPARTAN PERFORMANCE

It was a fantastic day of competing yesterday as the majority of our competitive athletes tackled 18.2!  We saw our athletes not only get through an extremely tough workout but perform better than they had expected.  Some got through the dumbbell squat and burpees part of the workout incredibly quickly.  Some lifted a tremendous amount of weight in the second part of the workout.  Some did both. Some hit personal records while performing the Clean.  Getting a personal best while competing is a worthy goal.  Actually getting a personal best after doing 55 dumbbell squats and 55 over-the-barbell burpees is phenomenal.  Great job all!
