Thank you so much to those of you who donated to the Care Package Project for our 2 service members stationed overseas. Lisa sorted through, packed and shipped out 5 boxes, each weighing approximately 36 lbs.! We are eternally grateful and we know the guys receiving the Care Packages are grateful as well! Great job team!!

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “switch”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

There is a sign-up for the AFTER-THE-HOLIDAYS PARTY, January 13th, 2018. The party will be in the gym. There’s a good chance there will be a DJ for the entertainment. There is a 100% chance that there will be food and beverage. This party is a smash-hit every year and not to be missed. Plan on bringing a dish or beverage. Let us know if you’ll be in attendance!
