200-meter run, 10 calorie bike, 20 calorie row (alternate or drop run from the workout)
1 pull-up (Scale: pull-up attempt or ring row (no bands))
1 ring dip (Scale: 2 push-ups)
2 box jumps
3 Russian kettlebell swings 24/16 kg
4 sledgehammer strikes on the tire

Lis, from that famous family that produced Ben and Katy, climbed the rope to the top on Tuesday, but she did it quickly and quietly before I could snap a photo. Congratulations Lis!
Luis did Tuesday’s workout in 1:57! That was 2 rounds of 20 thrusters @ 75 lbs. and 2 rope climbs. That’s 40 thrusters and 4 rope climbs, as prescribed, in 117 flawless seconds!

We do the strength and conditioning for Jeremy, the mixed martial arts fighter from yesterday’s post. We assume everyone in the gym knows, but you know what they say about assuming. We also do the strength and conditioning for 2 other world-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitors.
