2017 CROSSFIT LIFTOFF
Snatch
Find your 1 rep max.

Clean & Jerk
Find your 1 rep max.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

25 pull-ups
50-calorie row
100 overhead squats
50 box jumps
25 pull-ups

M 45-lb. barbell and 24-in. box
F 45-lb. barbell and 20-in. box

NOTE:  Workout will be scaled as necessary or a substitute workout will be provided when necessary.

Post your scores to the Whiteboard.

     *The Handstand Walk workshop scheduled for tomorrow afternoon has been canceled.  It will be rescheduled.

  • Tomorrow (December 2nd) is the ARNOLDS AND ACROBATS II competition at CrossFit Cobalt in West Babylon.  Team competition where one partner does strength and the other partner does bodyweight movement.  Mike G. and Andy will be representing CrossFit Suffolk!  For more information click HERE.
