800 meter run
5 hollow rocks
5 sit-ups
2 groiners w/T-spine rotation (1 on each side)
600 meter run
5 hollow rocks
5 sit-ups
2 groiners w/T-spine rotations
400 meter run
5 hollow rocks
5 sit-ups
2 groiners w/t-spine rotation
200 meter run
5 hollow rocks
5 sit-ups
2 groiners w/t-spine rotation
