Workout of the Day
Deadlift
1X5 @ 50% 1RM
1X5 @ 60%
1X5 @ 70%

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
30 squats
20 handstand push-ups
10 deadlifts, 225/155 lb.

NOTE: If scaling is necessary, and it will be, please do so without the feelings of guilt and other psychic, nonsensical, negative labeling that is sometimes spoken in the most important conversations you will have.  The conversations that you have with yourself.
