CROSSFIT SUFFOLK: Powered By SPARTAN PERFORMANCE

Check out the decal just behind the front wheel.  That’s right.  It’s a CrossFit Suffolk logo.  That’s because that’s Matt S. racing his motorcycle on a track.  Some people hit golf balls or play softball on weekends for their recreation.  Not Matt.  Matt races motorcycles.  When Matt sent me the photos he had this to say: “The superior physical condition I find myself in due to the masterful programming at your gym puts me in a position to wreak havoc upon all those that dare enter the race track with me.”  Classic Matt-speak for saying “thanks”.

15 second Hollow hold
15 second Superman hold
