20 Russian kettlebell swings 24/16 kg
200 meter run/row (alternate every round)
NOTE: Today’s workout is a 2 person team workout. The reps of the exercises will be performed by both team members. Only one person can work at a time. Teams can divide the reps however they wish. The exercises must be performed in the order listed and the reps of each exercise must be completed before moving on to the next exercise. Like ALL workouts, team workouts can be scaled. We have something for everyone. Come in, get fit and have FUN!
