Workout of the Day
Overhead Squat: 7-7-4-3
NOTE: Load by feel.  Increase weight with each set if possible.
4 rounds for time of:
25/15 push-ups
15 overhead squats 95/65#
Optional:
3 sets of Farmer Walk: 1 minute, 45 seconds, 30 seconds
