Workout of the Day
Front Squat
1X5 @ 75% 1RM
1X3 @ 85% 1RM
1X AMRAP @ 95% 1RM

NOTE: Use 90% of your 1rep max as your “working 1-rep max” when figuring your percentages.

7 rounds for time of:
5 inverted rows
10/5 push-ups
20 double unders

Optional:
2 rounds of: 20 meter prowler push and 10 slam ball 40/20#
