Workout of the Day
Back Squat
1X5 @ 75% 1RM
1X3 @ 85% 1RM
1X AMRAP @ 95% 1RM

NOTE: Use 90% of your 1 rep max as your working 1-rep max when figuring your percentages.

10 minute AMRAP:
12 Dumbbell or kettlebell snatches, 50/30# or 24/16 kg (6 each arm)
30 double unders

Handstand holds: 1 minute, 45 seconds, 30 seconds
