2 Player 20 minute AMRAP:
15 wall ball 20/14#
15 kettlebell sumo-deadlift high pulls 24/16 kg
15 overhead lunge steps 45/25# plate
15 box jumps 24/20″
15 kettlebell swings 24/16 kg
NOTE: Today’s workout is a 2 person team workout. The reps of the exercises will be performed by both team members. Only one person can work at a time. Teams can divide the reps however they wish. The exercises must be performed in the order listed and the reps of each exercise must be completed before moving on to the next exercise.
