Front Squat
1X3 @ 70% 1RM
1X3 @ 80% 1RM
1X AMRAP @ 90% 1RM

NOTE: Use 90% of your 1 rep-max as your 1-rep max when figuring your percentages.

4 rounds for time of:
20/10 push-ups
12 Overhead squats 95/65#

5 reps per side: single-leg kettlebell deadlift swap, as heavy as possible.
