1X4 @ 60% 1RM
1X4 @ 65% 1RM
1X4 @ 70% 1RM
1X4 @ 80% 1RM

For time:
1000 meter row
then (immediately),
80 DB or KB snatches, 40 each hand (50/30# or 24/16 kg)

Optional:
3X10: GHD Sit-ups
