Two things come to mind upon viewing this photo: (1) Hopefully I get teamed up with this guy for today’s team workout and (2) how did Tara’s hair get 80s big?

USE KETTLEBLLS FOR HIP MOBILITY

Workout of the Day
2 PLAYER-20 minute AMRAP:
15 wall ball 20/14#
15 box jumps 24/20″
12 pull-ups
10 burpees
10 knees to elbows

NOTE: Today’s workout is a 2 person team workout.  The reps of the exercises will be performed by both team members.  Only one person can work at a time. Teams can divide the reps however they wish.  The exercises must be performed in the order listed and the reps of each exercise must be completed before moving on to the next exercise.  For those who have no experience with a “team” workout let not your heart be troubled.  Team workouts are FUN!  If reading these instructions seems confusing it is surely because of the author’s inability to effectively communicate and not because your pre-caffeinated mind is swirling about trying to grasp the image of actually doing a team workout.  Not to worry.  Your friendly coach will be more than happy to explain the above workout using top-notch articulation, pictures and demonstration.  Like ALL workouts, team workouts can be scaled.  We have something for everyone.  Come in, get fit and have FUN!
