Workout of the Day
30 minutes of:
800 meter run
5 sit-ups
3 wall ball 20/14#
2 groiner w/T-spine rotation
400 meter run
5 sit-ups
3 wall ball 20/14#
2 groiner w/T-spine rotation
200 meter run
5 sit-ups
3 wall ball 20/14#
2 groiner w/T-spine rotation
(return to 800 m run & repeat)
