Workout of the Day
6 x 3/6 Front Squat/Back Squat @ 94% of Day 1 weight

“Lynne”
5 rounds for max reps of:
Bodyweight bench press
Pull-ups
*There is NO time component to this WOD.
NOTE: Scale bench press to a percentage of your bodyweight if you cannot do bodyweight.  Scale pull-ups to Inverted Rows or Ring Rows.

Optional:
500 Meter Row for time.
