5 X 4/8 Front Squat/Back Squat @ 75% front squat 1-rep max

Not for time:
3 rounds of:

400 meter run
30 second handstand holds (Scale: 45-seconds overhead static holds with dumbbells or kettlebells)

Optional:
2 X 1 minute Farmer Walk
