Workout of the Day
Baseline:
500 meter row
40 air squats
30 sit-ups
20 push-ups
10 pull-ups

REST (as determined by the coach), then:
10 minute AMRAP:
200 meter run
20 sit-ups
5 push jerks 115/75#
