CROSSFIT SUFFOLK: Melissa D. Wins At The Night Before Christmas IPA Championship!

Melissa D. competed at her first International Powerlifters Association (IPA) competition and won the Women’s Open division!  The Night Before Christmas IPA Championship was sponsored by Blue Collar Barbell and held at the Clarion Hotel in Ronkonkoma.  Melissa squatted 300 lbs., benched 175 lbs. and deadlifted 320 lbs. for a Total of 795 at a body weight of 123 lbs.!  Our top tier research team looked into the current IPA World Records for the 123 lbs., Women’s Open (Amateur Raw) and Melissa has topped the current women listed on every lift and on the total.  Melissa is awaiting a response from the IPA Headquarters.
