The link below is an article based on the findings of extensive research into knee arthritis.  We constantly hear from people who have "bad knees".  What does "bad knees" mean really?  We don't mind having bad knees or training athletes with bad knees.  We have a problem with people who have "bad knees" and use it as an excuse to do NOTHING! 

MMA fighter, Skip Hall, has bad knees.  He took an AK-47 round through one knee in Vietnam and had his other knee blown out during a fight.  He had surgery, healed up and continued to fight…..when he was 62.  He doesn't fight anymore at 63, but he still trains and lifts.
