Test Your Metal: Introducing Valeria  Tim Henriques, writing for TMuscle.com, throws the gauntlet down with his own CrossFit inspired workout, "Valeria".  The article is worth reading and "Valeria" looks good to try.  Be warned: this workout includes…CURLS!   Mr. Henriques doesn't subscribe to the "curls are for girls" theory.  We are intrigued and can't wait to try it, curls and all!
