20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Interested in competing in the CrossFit Games?  We have three athletes signed up for the NY/NJ Sectionals so far.  The Sectionals are open to anyone who wants to compete and they are the first step in competing.  The top 30 males and the top 30 females will go on to compete in the NorthEast Qualifier.  For further information click on CrossFit Games 2010, Northeast Regional and NY/NJ Sectionals.  Sectionals will be held in Montclair, NJ March 27-28th.
