Logan from Pure CrossFit in Island Park invited us out for a workout, food and conversation…..all of which was most excellent! That's Logan on the left with his mom, and Mike is on the far right with his mom. Family and friends…it's what it's all about. Think back to when you worked out at a non-crossfit gym–did you see many family members training together? I didn't think so.
