YES.  The CrossFit Total is a workout…..workout/test.  You're looking for the maximum weight you can lift in each of the above listed lifts.  It will take more than one try.  For folks new to the Total it will probably take several tries.  For those of you who have done this before we're looking for no more than 3 attempts per lift to hit your max.
