20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

Check out this You Tube video of Konstantin Konstantinov, a Latvian powerlifter,performing 55 pull ups.  Konstantinov is 31 years old and weighs about 270 pounds!  This is the first person I've seen kip with his legs crossed at the ankles.  He also goes higher than chin over bar!  Konstantinov also deadlifts more than 3x his body weight.
