Notice Lindsay's cast.  The injury is from a snowboarding mishap, but that's not important.  Think back to time spent at the local globo gym or women-only health club.  Do you recall seeing a woman with a cast working out?  We don't either…we've only seen it at CrossFit facilities.  What's it mean?  For us it means dedication, commitment and not making excuses!
