"L" Pull-ups, 10 reps

Cleans, 5 reps (155/M, 95/F)

15' Rope Ascents (3/M, 1/F)

 

Scale as appropriate:  Perform "L" pull-ups with strict "L".  Studs and studettes perform  "L" rope climbs.  Scale down as appropriate as well.
