25 Wall Ball shots

Run 400 meters

25 Wall Ball shots

Run 200 meters backwards

(That's a total of 100 Wall Ball shots, two 400 meter runs going forward and two 200 meter runs going backward)


Happiness is putting your friends through their first workout or happiness is surviving your first workout given to you by your sadistic friend…..it all depends on your perspective.  Either way everyone seems to happy!
