2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

 

Concerned because you're unable to perform a muscle-up or handstand push-up at this juncture of your crossfit training?

No need for concern.  There are drills and skills leading up to the above mentioned exercises we'll work on!
