SUNDAY, JAN. 2ND 2011         CLOSED

MONDAY, JAN. 3RD 2011    REGULAR SCHEDULED HOURS INCLUDING THE START OF THE NEW 5PM TIME SPOT

 

 For time:

75 double unders (or 225 singles or 1 mile run)

100 pull-ups

200 push-ups

300 squats

75 double unders (or 225 singles or 1 mile run)

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed.  If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
